"I met Fred Leonard when i was in the process of moving to the area. I eventually reached out to him for life insurance for my brother and the process was smooth. He also assisted with getting life insurance for my home. Fred have been great at helping me get my policies into my Trust. My prior life insurance sold my policies I had for over 20 years and he is in the process of obtaining my policies from the other company due to their poor customer service. Fred has been great at obtaining additional coverage for me and assisting with updating my policies. If something was incorrect on my policies he ensured to correct the issue. "While driving home from work a piece of metal from a vehicle in from of flew off and struck my tire and I immediately had a flat. I called road side assistance and was unable to complete the link they sent me. So I called State Farm, my insurance carrier and Kendrick answered the phone. I explained the situation to him and he called called roadside assistance and completed the request. Mind you it was closing time for him. He let me know that assistance was on the way and wanted to know if I was in a safe spot. After a few minutes he called back to do a check on me and see if they had arrived which they they had not. He called a 2nd time just as they arrived. He later called after I gotten home to ensure I made it home safely and the next day. This called GOING BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY on his on time. I have never spoken or seen him before Thank you for GREAT customer serve"
